LOTİ Extraordinary Club
Season
Summer season: booking dates between 01.04.2024 and 31.10.2024
Bonus program rules
Turnover - this is the total amount payable for 100% paid tours.
LOTİ has the right to unilaterally change these rules without further informing the partners.
Only fully paid applications for Package tours and Only hotel in all directions participate in the program.
The program doesn't include GDS, Only ticket, MICE, infotours and field events.
The program doesn't apply to networks, booking centers and agencies that conduct subagency activities.
Cashback rules
Upon reaching the level, the agent receives % cashback for each subsequent reservation package tour or Only Hotel, % depends on the level reached (1%-3%)
The validity period of the cashback is 6 months after reaching the level.
The agent can use the accrued cashback within 6 months after the departure date for the application for which the cashback was accrued.
Cashback is cumulative and can be used when paying up to 40% of the cost of standard package tours with any arrival date. It is not possible to debit cashback for GDS tours.
Additional privileges rules
The agent can use additional privileges (discount on own vacation, participation in Soul Trip, etc.) in next season. For example, when entering the Amaze level in the summer season, the agent will have privileges for a 15% discount for own vacation,10% discount on Soul Trip and a 20% discount on participation in Soul Trip on other flights (except LBJ) during the winter season (01.11.2024 - 31.03.2025)
A personal discount for an agency employee's vacation will be displayed in the application as an agency commission and will not be combined with cashback, company actions and a standard agency commission. The discount is not valid for check-in dates in the periods summer season - from 30.04 to 10.05 and winter season - from 22.12 to 11.01.
A discount on holidays for agency employees is provided only for a full package tour with a flight on LOTİ flights.
